Ember & Olive began with a single wood oven and a notebook of family recipes. Over a decade later, the oven is still the heart of the kitchen — and the recipes still start with what the farms down the road bring in that morning.
We cook slowly, season generously and plate simply. Our bread is baked daily, our sauces are never bottled, and our long communal table is there for exactly one reason: to make strangers feel like guests.
